Acceptance of Terms: By using the parking facilities at San Diego Airport Parking Co. (SDAP), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please see our operations team for clarification or questions.

Payment Terms: Parking fee may be paid in advance. Acceptable forms of payment include credit/debit cards and online payment platforms such as PayPal. We also allow you the option to select "cash" during the online payment process to reserve you vehicle spot and make your payment upon arrival at our parking facility while still reserving your spot.

Security: SDAP's parking lot is monitored by security personnel and equipped with surveillance cameras for added security 24/7. However, we are not responsible for any loss or damage to your vehicle while it is parked in our facilities.

Handicap Accessible Parking: Handicap accessible parking spaces are available for our patrons with disabilities. These spaces are reserved for vehicles with valid handicap parking permits.

Commercial Vehicles: Commercial vehicles are allowed in the parking lot, but there may be restrictions on the size and type of commercial vehicle, and additional fees may apply.

Damaged Vehicles: If your vehicle is damaged while parked in our facilities, please report the incident to the parking attendant immediately. We will investigate the matter and take appropriate action.

Changes to Terms and Conditions: SDAP reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our facilities constitutes your acceptance of any changes to these terms.

Limitation of Liability: SDAP is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our parking facilities.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California USA.
